Installation of Zendesk Chat

  1. Navigate to Language I/O Chat in the Zendesk Marketplace
  2. If you're logged into your Zendesk account, you will be taken to this landing pagemceclip0.png
  3. Paste your Auth Token in
    1. This will be provided by your Language I/O Support Agent
  4. Select the checkbox next to "Use Visitor Path (URL) to Determine Language" if you want to use the locale of the Guide page the chat is initiated from
    1. For example, if a user starts the chat from the user's language will be set as Spanish (es)
  5. Click the Install button on the bottom of the page to finish the installation

That's it! You've successfully installed Language I/O Chat Translation!
