- Navigate to Language I/O Chat in the Zendesk Marketplace
- If you're logged into your Zendesk account, you will be taken to this landing page
- Paste your Auth Token in
- This will be provided by your Language I/O Support Agent
- Select the checkbox next to "Use Visitor Path (URL) to Determine Language" if you want to use the locale of the Guide page the chat is initiated from
- For example, if a user starts the chat from https://languageio.zendesk.com/hc/es the user's language will be set as Spanish (es)
- Click the Install button on the bottom of the page to finish the installation
That's it! You've successfully installed Language I/O Chat Translation!
