Using the LIO Dashboard

Basic Login Info

Your LIO Usage dashboard can be accessed using the link and case sensitive password provided to you by LIO. Anyone in the organization with this link and password can view the dashboard.

Recent Activity and Dashboard Updates

At the top of your dashboard, you will see your company’s logo. There is also the “Date of Latest Activity.” This is the most recent date that your company utilized our software solution. The data updates daily at 1:00 AM Mountain Standard Time.

Dashboard Filters

Next are any filters that were setup for the dashboard. Clicking on these allows you to update the dashboard reports to display a specific date range or content type of translations.

Total Widgets

The dashboard additionally has some summary level widgets. These widgets indicate the all-time total usage with Language I/O. These will adjust to the criteria specified when dashboard filters are used. Customers may see cases, interactions, incidents, etc. depending on their CRM.

Credits Usage Monitoring

The report also includes a credits usage gauge. This gauge shows the usage of credits for your specific subscription package for the current period. An alert is set up to notify designated individuals at your company when 85% of the allotment of credits have been used.

Interacting with and Exporting from the Dashboard

It is possible to interact with and export the underlying data of any report on the dashboard. Simply hover over the top right of the dashboard to see a number of options including sorting the axis, changing the chart type, opening in a new tab, and maximizing the chart.

The icon with the three dots will allow you to view the underlying data that builds the charts. You can also export charts to CSV, Excel, PDF, and more from here.

After choosing “View Underlying Data”, you also have option to export it to a variety of formats.

You can also hover over any data point on a chart to see the details. If you choose “View Underlying Data” from here, it will bring up the details for the specific data point selected.

Additionally, clicking on “Month/Year” below any chart that has that axis will let you change the axis to a different time format.

Feel free to click around and play with the dashboard (you cannot modify any source data). Reach out to LIO if you have any further questions or would like to discuss customizations.
