Oracle Answer Browser User Interface (BUI) User Guide

Note:

• An account with access to a report configured with the Language I/O Batch Answer Translation Extension must be used.

Step	Action
1	Open the Oracle Service Cloud BUI and login with a valid staff account.
2	Open the Report Explorer via the Menu icon in the upper left corner.
3	Locate and open a report that has been configured to use the Language I/O Batch Answer Translation Extension.
4	Update any relevant search criteria if needed and then click on the Search button.
5	Use Shift+Click and/or CTRL+Click to select results from the report for translation. Note: There is a a limit of 500 articles that can be submitted for translation at a time.
6	Right click within the selection and select LIO Translate or click the LIO Translate button in the toolbar.
7	Enter a Project Name. Note: This is the name used to track the translation project moving forward.
8	The Source Language is imported from the locale setting defined in the Extension’s configuration settings for the account’s profile. Note: Selected articles for any language other than the configured language are automatically removed from the list and a warning message is displayed.
9	Select the checkbox of the Target Languages to be used, or select all languages by checking Select All.
10	Confirm the Answers Selected for Translation list is accurate and remove any erroneous selections by hovering over an answer and clicking the red X next to it.
11	Click the Send Translation button to submit the project to the human translation portal.
12	Proceed to log into golinguist.com to confirm the project is listed. To login, Navigate to the Language I/O portal at https://golinguist.com and click on the Project Administration link. Prompted to login. Login with the portal credentials provided by the Language I/O Account Manager. The landing page is the Unassigned Articles page. Click on the View Projects link in the upper right-hand corner to see a list of  current projects.
