Step | Action |

Open the Oracle Service Cloud BUI and login with a valid staff account. |

Open the Report Explorer via the Menu icon in the upper left corner. |

Locate and open a report that has been configured to use the Language I/O Batch Answer Translation Extension. |

Update any relevant search criteria if needed and then click on the Search button. |

Use Shift+Click and/or CTRL+Click to select results from the report for translation.

Right click within the selection and select LIO Translate or click the LIO Translate button in the toolbar. |

Enter a Project Name. Note:

The Source Language is imported from the locale setting defined in the Extension’s configuration settings for the account’s profile. Note:

Select the checkbox of the Target Languages to be used, or select all languages by checking Select All. |

Confirm the Answers Selected for Translation list is accurate and remove any erroneous selections by hovering over an answer and clicking the red X next to it. |
11 |
Click the Send Translation button to submit the project to the human translation portal. |
12 |
Proceed to log into golinguist.com to confirm the project is listed.
