Responding to a Chat in the Native ZD Text Box

with Translation Toggle ON

Step Action
1

Agent creates a response either by manually typing or using a macro in the Native ZD text box.

Response is automatically synced to the Language I/O (LIO) plugin text box (shown below on the left).

If then
the response does not need translated hit Enter on the keyboard or click Send.png in the Native ZD text box.
the response needs translated go to Step 4.

In the LIO plugin text box with Translation On (shown below)

Note:

  •  Translation_On_toggled_on.pngmust be toggled ON.

There are 2 Options:

  • Option 1:
    • Click on the Translate button lightening_bolt.png located in the LIO Plugin text box.
  • Option 2:  
    • Click on the LIO Plugin text box (shown above) and hit Enter on the keyboard.

Response is translated and sent to the customer.

Both the Native ZD text box and the LIO plugin text box are cleared of the response.
