Go into Reports via the following path:
Reports > New Report > Customer Support Reports > Language IO Case Translations
Click .

Add Desired Columns and Groups from Outline.
Note:
These columns MUST include CaseId, and TranslationText at a minimum.

Under Filters apply the correct date filters.

Click in the upper right.
