Language I/O (LIO) Troubleshooting - Zendesk - Chat/Ticket - Blank Screen

Issue
Agent encounters a blank screen when loading the LIO app for Chat and/or Tickets

 

Example Scenario

A blank screen displays after an Agent clicks 

Translate_w_LIO_button.jpg 

to load an incoming customer chat/ticket.

 

Solution
Clear the browser cache then reload the LIO app.
