Language I/O (LIO) Troubleshooting - Salesforce (SF) - Case (Email) - Draft Translation Successful but Doesn't Display

Issue

Email Draft Translation is Successful but Email Component does not display the translation.

 

Example Scenario

The Page has to be refreshed to successfully display the Email Draft Translation since the incorrect Email Action Name is mapped within the custom settings. 

 

Solution
Step Action
1

Navigate to the Case object within Object Manager > Case Page Layouts > Select the layout being used.

Navigate to Quick Actions.

Hover over the Email action being used, it should look greyed out (that means it’s being used).

Take note of the name.

Notes:

  • In this case it is Case.SendEmail.
  • Only the SendEmail part is needed.
  • This is the default.
  • SendEmail is already configured in custom settings however depending on the customer, this vary.

5 Type the name into the Email Action Names setting within the Language I/O Response Public Settings.
