Language I/O (LIO) Troubleshooting - Salesforce (SF) - Chatbot - Not Working

Issue
ChatBot is not working.

 

Example Scenario

LIO ChatBot Status is inactive.

Example below shows LIO ChatBot Chinese in an Inactive Status.

Solution
Step Action
1

In the SF Org, navigate to Setup. 

2 In the Quick find box, look for Einstein Bots.
3 Review the different ChatBot Instances statuses.

If any of the statuses are Inactive, go to the next Step.

Click on the down arrow next to the Inactive ChatBot Instance then click Edit.

6 Make sure to refresh all SF windows for changes to take place.

Notes:

  • This is usually the most common misconfiguration that causes a Chatbot not to work.
  • If all Chatbots are in an active status and it is still not working:
