Language I/O (LIO) Troubleshooting - Salesforce (SF) - Chatbot - Not Working

Issue

ChatBot is not working.

Example Scenario

LIO ChatBot Status is inactive.

Example below shows LIO ChatBot Chinese in an Inactive Status.

Solution

Step	Action
1	In the SF Org, navigate to Setup.
2	In the Quick find box, look for Einstein Bots.
3	Review the different ChatBot Instances statuses.
4	If any of the statuses are Inactive, go to the next Step.
5	Click on the down arrow next to the Inactive ChatBot Instance then click Edit.
6	Make sure to refresh all SF windows for changes to take place.
Notes: This is usually the most common misconfiguration that causes a Chatbot not to work. If all Chatbots are in an active status and it is still not working: Contact LIO Support ([e-mail]).
