Agent is unable to translate a draft email.

Agent receives the following when attempting to translate an email draft:

• The Enable email draft feature in Support settings is disabled.

Solution

Step	Action
1	Navigate to Setup.
2	Within quick find box search for Support settings.
3	Click on Edit
4	Enable case feed action.
5	Save and refresh the browser.
6	Enable email draft option.
