Salesforce Case - Appending the original text in disclaimers/autoresponder

Issue

Original Text in Disclaimers/Autoresponder needs appended.

 

Example Scenario

Disclaimer/Autoresponder info has been changed and needs updated.

Note:

  • This is for Case only (not supported in Chat).

 

Solution
Step Action
1

Navigate to Custom settings.

Click on Manage next to Language IO Response then Edit.

3

Enable Append Source. 

4

Make the appropriate changes.

5 Save.
