Salesforce Chat - Problem displaying the customer rating flag

Issue

Customer Rating Flag not displaying or displaying incorrectly. 

 

Example Scenario

Failure to properly configure the Customer Rating Flag causes it to not display or display incorrectly.

Solution
Step Action
1

From Setup, look for Embedded Service Deployments in the Quick Find box.

Click the down arrow next to the desired service deployment.

Click View.

4 Click Edit next to Chat Settings.
5 Click Edit next to Customize with Lightning Components.
6

Select the lioCustomChat Custom Component for the Chat Messages (Text) Standard Component.

7 Click Save.
